Elizabeth Ward, MHRM, SHRM-SCP
Elizabeth brings over 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field, specializing in aligning business initiatives with People Operations. She holds two Master’s degrees from Southern New Hampshire University: one in Human Resource Management and another in Organizational Leadership. Elizabeth believes that the Human Resources function should serve as a strategic partner to company leadership, making these degrees vital for achieving business objectives while advocating for the sourcing and retention of top talent.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has concentrated on Health and Benefits, and she now has a strong passion for Total Rewards, including compensation planning, analysis, and benchmarking.
With more than a decade of experience in policy creation and implementation, Elizabeth has crafted both individual policies and comprehensive corporate handbooks to meet organizational needs.
In addition, she has extensive experience in planning corporate events, handling budgeting, venue sourcing, and event administration. Elizabeth enjoys being the face of the company at these events, mingling with employees and ensuring everyone has a great time!
